Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere within the United States of America. We charge a flat rate of $6.oo per order. If you place multiple orders and are charged shipping for each order, please e-mail us at customerservice@southernbabyco.org and we will do our very best to refund the extra shipping charges.

 

Orders over $100 receive FREE Shipping using the code, however, at this time we cannot combine codes.

 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages: Southern Baby Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. If you would like to protect your package, you have the option to purchase shipping insurance during checkout. If something happens to your package after it leaves our hands you will need to contact USPS directly. Should you file a claim via PayPal or your bank before you contact us to resolve the issue, you will be removed and blocked from our group and will not receive a refund on any pending orders.

 

Address Changes: If your address changes before shipping, you will need to contact us at customerservice@southernbabyco.org. We are unable to change your address after you receive a shipping notification. If your package is returned to us or lost because the old address was listed, you will be responsible for all shipping fees associated to reshipping the order to new address. Please note that changing your address on your online account will not update or change the address we have for the order.

 

ETAs: Our Facebook group will have all estimated time of arrivals posted when ordering, but please know this could change. All ETA are an estimate of when our manufacturer will ship to us (Southern Baby Co LLC). If you are ordering to have for a specific event or purpose, please have a backup…just in case.

 

When you place an order with Southern Baby Co LLC, you agree to not hold us liable for any delays in receiving or shipping out your orders due to inclement weather, delays with USPS, natural disasters or anything else that is out of our control. We want our orders just as fast as you and we promise to get them to you as quickly as we possibly can.
