Refund Policy
All sales are final and cannot be refunded.
Refunds/Returns: As soon as you receive your items, please check them. Although it is rare, if there are any manufacturing defects, please email us directly at customerservice@southernbabyco.org. Please include your order number, a description of the defect and a picture of the defect. Failure to include all three requests could delay our ability to correct the issue. You have seven days to report any defects. After you have spoken to either Jessica or Ashley you will have seven days to mail the defected and provide tracking number. We only issue return labels for items with defects. Shipping for any other issue will be paid for by the customer. If you fail to send your defected item within the seven days, we can no longer exchange it.
All returns of manufacturing defected items must be received with tags, unwashed and unworn. After we receive item and inspect it, we will issue a store credit.
